Mark, Phillip, Dillon & Keana remind me of what service should be. They are friendly, honest and reliable with fantastic turn-around times. I am grateful to them for SAVING my car's engine and appreciate Dillon putting in extra care that was above their service offerings. You all ROCK!

I chose Professional Automotive on the advice of my neighbor. She described them as courteous, knowledgeable and trustworthy. After taking my car for service, I couldn’t agree more. Phillip (the shop manager) explained what he did to the car, and advised me of other areas that needed addressing on the near future. There was no pressure to get the items repaired immediately.

This was my first time at Professional Automotive Repair and I am very happy. I suspected a bad wheel bearing, but the technician did a very thorough and knowledgeable evaluation and determined it was just bad tires. I had no idea that tires showing good tread could cause so much cabin noise. Now I do. Thank you and I look forward to working with you again.

I recently took my 2019 Honda Odyssey in for a significant amount of service, including replacing the front struts, control arms, and spark plugs. I couldn't be happier with the results. After shopping around, I found their quote to be noticeably fairer and more competitive than other local shops. Despite the better price, the quality of work was superb. The entire process was incredibly professional, the vehicle was ready exactly when promised, and both drop-off and pick-up were completely seamless. It’s rare to find a shop that combines technical expertise with such a kind and welcoming staff. If you're looking for honest, high-quality automotive repair, I highly recommend them!

Phillip and his team were spectacular! They listened to my concerns before making any assertions the vehicle's problem(s). They performed a diagnostic and verify what I thought was wrong with the vehicle and pointed out some other opportunities to help improve the performance of the car. No "upsell", just a path forward to pursue at a later time. Professional, friendly, and affordable I'll definitely recommend their service and will be back to see them from my Volvo repair needs... 👍🏾
